Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer
Location: Pan India / Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Responsible for designing and building integrations between ITSM and external systems to support Incident, Change, Request, and Problem processes.
Key Responsibilities

Develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server
Integrate ITSM with monitoring, identity, HR, and third-party tools
Build Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes
Handle data mapping, transformation, and error handling
Ensure secure authentication (OAuth, Basic, API keys)

Required Skills

Strong ITSM knowledge (Incident, Change, Request)
REST/SOAP, JSON, XML
Script Includes, GlideAjax, Flow Designer
IntegrationHub, MID Server
