Key Responsibilities

ITOM Implementation

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Implement and customize:
  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • Event Management
  • Orchestration
  • Cloud Discovery
  • CMDB
• Configure and maintain Discovery schedules, patterns, probes, sensors, and credentials.
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues and MID Server connectivity problems.
• Build and maintain service maps for critical business applications.
• Enhance dependency mapping across infrastructure and application layers.

CMDB Management

• Design and maintain Configuration Items (CIs) and CI relationships.
• Develop and maintain CMDB data models and governance processes.
• Configure Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE).
• Monitor and improve CMDB health, completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Implement remediation processes for CMDB data-quality issues.
• Support Service Graph Connectors and CMDB integrations.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and infrastructure management tools.
• Develop integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • IntegrationHub

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
• 4+ years of dedicated ServiceNow ITOM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, governance, and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
