Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ITOM modules, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Discovery, Cloud Discovery, MID Server, and Service Graph Connectors.
  • Configure and maintain Service Mapping and application/service dependencies.
  • Work on Event Management including event processing, alert management, and integrations with monitoring tools.
  • Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integration capabilities.
  • Ensure CMDB data quality, CI relationships, identification/reconciliation, and alignment with CSDM best practices.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver ITOM enhancements.

Required Skills
  • 5–10 years of ServiceNow experience with strong ITOM expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Cloud Discovery.
  • Strong knowledge of MID Server and Service Graph Connectors.
  • Experience with IntegrationHub and ServiceNow integrations/APIs.
  • Good understanding of CMDB, CI relationships, CSDM, and ITOM architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
