Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Location: Remote
Experience: 8+ yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Design ITOM architecture covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
Define and implement ITOM best practices, standards, and governance.
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and enterprise systems.
Lead CMDB health, data quality, and service modeling initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams.
Provide technical leadership and support solution delivery.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Knowledge of CSDM, integrations, APIs, and ITIL processes.
Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience: 8+ years in IT/ServiceNow, with 3+ years in ITOM architecture.
