Job Description:
1. API Development
• Development and bug resolution for Scripted REST APIs within Global ServiceNow scope x_wms_ecm
• Field mapping validation across Ethics Case, Investigation, Party, and Allegation records
• Request payload validation, error handling, and data integrity fixes for inbound data from the CN ECM (Local) system
2. Application & Integration Development
• Global → Local integration: trigger logic, response handling, and retry mechanisms for outbound events from Global ServiceNow to CN ECM
• Continuous integration setup for bidirectional data sharing, including data verification pipelines and fix workflows
• Global → EY (China Artemis) integration and near-real-time data sync from the Local system back to Global
3. Historical Data Transfer
• Design, execution, and validation of bulk historical data load from Global ServiceNow to the CN ECM (Local) system
• Data reconciliation and field-level verification post-load
4. Attachment Handling
• Continuous attachment sync pipeline (event-driven)
• Historical attachment backfill setup between Global and Local systems
5. ServiceNow ServiceMesh, Middle Layer & API Proxy Management
• Configuration and management of Walmart ServiceMesh as the transport layer
• API Proxy externalization for both Create and Update endpoints for PROD
• Middle-layer monitoring, incident response, and proxy route maintenance
6. General Skill Set
• Application Logic (Backend Equivalent)
o JavaScript-based Glide APIs for business logic, similar to controllers/services in Node.js or Spring Boot.
o Key components: Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer for automation and data handling.
• Integrations (API Layer)
o REST/SOAP or scripted APIs for inbound/outbound integrations with internal and external systems (like Azure).
o Secure communication via Basic Auth, OAuth2, JWT, MID Servers, Proxy etc. (ServiceMesh enabled).
