ServiceNow HRSD Developer

• Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Build custom solutions using:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • Script Includes
  • UI Policies
  • UI Actions
  • ACLs
• Configure and maintain Employee Center and self-service capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub Spokes.
• Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR operations.
• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in data migration, platform upgrades, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing enhancements and support.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development, security, performance, and upgrade best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation/development experience.
• Strong experience in HR process automation and digitization.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
