Role: ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst
Location: PAN India

Job Description
AServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst specializes in translating HR business requirements into solutions using ServiceNow's Human Resources Service Delivery platform.
Key responsibilities
  • Requirements gathering: Work with HR stakeholders to understand employee service processes and business needs.
  • HRSD modules: Understand HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Documentation: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Solution design: Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to translate business requirements into platform functionality.
  • Testing: Prepare test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate fixes.
  • Agile delivery: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows and improve employee experience.

Key skills to look for
  • Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience
  • HR Case Management and HR service configuration knowledge
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management
  • User stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping
  • UAT, Agile/Scrum, and requirements documentation
  • Understanding of employee data privacy and HR processes.
