We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules. The ideal candidate will translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Continuous Compliance Monitoring (CCM).

• Develop and customize IRM Workspaces, portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Translate functional and business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, client/server-side scripts, and integrations.

• Support application configuration, deployment, administration, upgrades, documentation, runbooks, governance, and role-based access controls.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions and provide ongoing user support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of overall ServiceNow development experience.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.

• Strong experience across Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM.

• Proficiency in developing/customizing IRM Workspaces, portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and client/server-side scripting.

• Experience with REST/SOAP and API-based integrations.

• Solid understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory concepts.

• Experience in application configuration, deployment, administration, upgrades, and user support.

• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification – Mandatory.

• ServiceNow CAD certification preferred.

• GRC/IRM-related CIS certifications preferred.

• Experience with performance tuning and large-scale data ingestion.

• Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps modules such as Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response is an added advantage.
