Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr ServiceNow SPM Architect Lead Developer with extensive expertise in the Strategic Portfolio Management suite and strong end- to-end ServiceNow platform knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise portfolio, demand, project, program, resource, investment, and agile management solutions while driving AI-powered innovations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.The candidate should possess a strong architectural mindset, deep platform configuration and development skills, and hands-on experience implementing scalable enterprise solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities, intelligent automation, andmodern platform best practices
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Portfolio Management Service NowLead and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions across:Demand Management
Project Portfolio Management
Design governance processes for portfolio selection, prioritisation, and funding. Configure portfolio hierarchy, investment planning, strategic themes and business objectives Implement resource allocation, forecasting, capacity management, and utilisation dashboards
Build executive reporting and portfolio analytics using Performance Analytics and Workspace experiences
Define portfolio KPIs and enterprise metrics. AI amp; Intelligent AutomationDrive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities including:Identify opportunities for AI-based automation inDemand Intake
Project Risk Analysis
Capacity Forecasting
Resource Optimisation
Ensure responsible AI governance security compliance and human-in-the-loopvalidation.
Required Qualifications
Experience
8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic PortfolioManagement

ServiceNow Transformation Leader:Utilises AI to accelerate solution design and delivery
