We are seeking experiencedServiceNow Business Analysts and Developers with deep expertise in theFinancial Services Operations (FSO) Disputes module. Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow FSO solutions focused on the end-to-end disputes lifecycle within financial services organizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, designing and configuring workflows, developing custom applications and integrations, and supporting dispute management processes from intake through resolution. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, integrations, scripting, and Agile methodologies is required. Experience working with banking or financial services clients, collaborating with business stakeholders, and participating in full lifecycle ServiceNow FSO implementations is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Expertise withServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO), specifically theDisputes module.
- Experience as aBusiness Analyst orServiceNow Developer on FSO implementations.
- Hands-on configuration, customization, and workflow development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Financial services or banking industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support.
