Clearance: TS/SCI Full Scope Poly required (candidates will not be considered without an active clearance at the FS Poly level)
Location: McLean VA 22101
Position Overview/Responsibilities:
- The Candidate must possess anactive Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance. Candidate will not be considered without it.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on theServiceNow platform
- Implement configuration/customization of theServiceNowapplication and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow
- Familiar with creating and promoting update sets throughout SDLC
- Perform unit testing and assist with quality assurance as needed.
- Support the team inServiceNow operations such as User/ Group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, etc.
- Collaborate effectively with ServiceNow colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes
- Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's requirements
- Communicate with the customer in non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare and maintain up to date documentation (requirements/design/test/as-built application architecture) for internal and external customers
- Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in technical field
- 3+ years ServiceNow Development(Multiple Levels Available)
Desired Skills
Experience working with API-based data sources
ServiceNow certification.
Experience testing web-based applications – both manual and automated.
Experience with functional, regression and load/performance testing.
Experience with relational databases.
