Position Title:ServiceNow Developer - SIAM
Location:Remote
Duration:Long Term Contract
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, preferably in IRM/GRC/BCM related modules.
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications required.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide scripting, Catalog Items, and ServiceNow Forms.
- Experience with Notifications, SLAs, Access Controls (ACLs), Reporting, and dashboard configuration.
- Understanding of BCM concepts such as BIAs, continuity plans, dependencies, RTO/RPO, exercises, and recovery strategies.
- Ability to translate BCM lifecycle needs into technical system behavior.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and technical analysis abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills when working with cross-functional groups.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), IRM/BCM micro certifications.
- Experience with API integrations, MID server, CMDB alignment, or IRM/GRC implementations.
- Development experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments.
Role and responsibilities:
- Configure and implement various ServiceNow modules, including plan templates, lifecycle automation, and business impact analysis components.
- Build ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer logic, UI policies, business rules, data schemas, and integrations in alignment with approved solution designs.
- Implement role-based access, data models, and security requirements for BCM.
- Develop according to project design documents, development standards, and governance rules.
- Conduct unit testing, validate configuration, and remediate defects until successful completion.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with architects, platform owners, QA teams, and other developers to ensure consistency across modules.
- Document configuration steps, technical designs, script logic, and workflow behavior.
- Provide technical input for user guides, training materials, and BCM process documentation.
