Responsibilities
- Configure and customize a dedicated Corporate Office ServiceNow workspace.
- Develop Service Catalog items, request forms, ticket categories, and intake processes.
- Configure workflows, approvals, routing rules, notifications, and escalations.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, KPI metrics, and analytics.
- Implement role-based security, access controls, roles, and permissions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and business processes.
- Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and solutions.
- Create knowledge articles, technical documentation, user guides, and support procedures.
- Conduct testing and UAT, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
- Support production deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Expertise in Service Catalog and Workflow/Flow Designer development.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, analytics, and KPI development.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow roles, ACLs, security, and access controls.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, training, deployment, and go-live.
- Ability to work independently with business and technical stakeholders.
