Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
- Implement and support Cloud Management solutions within ServiceNow.
- Design and optimize workflows, business rules, and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new ITOM/Cloud features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM development.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Management in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with Integration Hub, MID Server, and advanced integrations.
