Responsibilities
- Enhancement Activities - technical configuration and workflow enhancement support to deploy additional application functionality.
- Guidance on solutions and alternatives.
- Assist with knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Perform data migration as required.
- Support configuration and customization efforts.
- Service Catalog: create/modify catalog item(s), create/modify approval workflows, create/modify order guides.
- Develop/evaluate/update workflows.
- Automation for various application support processes.
- 2 to 5 years of experience required.
- ServiceNow Engineer.
- Must be proficient in ServiceNow Modules and APIs and have a strong desire to leverage ServiceNow for Automation at Vanguard in Enterprise Security & Fraud.
