Essential Skills: Experience with Agile project delivery is beneficial| as it aligns with modern project management methodologies. ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred| indicating a recognized level of expertise. Familiarity with enterprise implementations can enhance the candidates profile. Knowledge of Flow Designer and CMDB is also advantageous. CIS-ITSM certification is a plus for demonstrating ITSM knowledge.Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation is essential| along with a solid understanding of ITIL processes. Proficiency in configuring various ServiceNow modules such as Incident| Problem| and Change is required. Knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs is also critical for integrations. Stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective communication and requirement gathering.
