Mandatory Requirement
∙ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CAD certification Key Skills
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

∙ Ability to interact confidently with business and technical stakeholders
∙ Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
∙ Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
∙ Professional attitude with the ability to work in a global environment Preferred
