Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Developer to support enhancement, configuration, customization, workflow development, automation, and application support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and APIs, with a focus on leveraging ServiceNow to automate enterprise processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform enhancement activities, including technical configuration and workflow enhancements to deliver additional application functionality.

• Provide technical guidance on solutions, alternatives, and best practices.

• Support knowledge transfer to application and support teams.

• Perform data migration activities as required.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

• Create and modifyService Catalog items, approval workflows, and order guides.

• Develop, evaluate, troubleshoot, and update ServiceNow workflows.

• Design and implement automation for application support and business processes.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using available APIs.

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Follow ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong proficiency inServiceNow modules, configuration, customization, and APIs.

• Experience withService Catalog, Catalog Items, Order Guides, and Approval Workflows.

• Strong knowledge ofServiceNow Workflow development and automation.

• Experience with ServiceNow data migration and integration activities.

• Ability to analyze requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong interest in leveraging ServiceNow forenterprise automation and process improvement.
