Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilledSenior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience withITSM, strong scripting skills, and expertise in integrations, workflows, and platform customization. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus onITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).

• Develop and maintainBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, andACLs.

• Build and enhanceService Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.

• Implement and supportintegrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

• Configure and optimizeCMDB, Discovery, and data relationships following best practices.

• Perform upgrades, patching, and version migrations with minimal business impact.

• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience inServiceNow development.

• Strong expertise inJavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Extensive experience withITSM implementations and enhancements.

• Hands-on experience withREST/SOAP integrations.

• Solid understanding ofServiceNow data model, CMDB, and ACL security.

• Experience withUpdate Sets, source control, and deployment best practices.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience withITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules.

• Knowledge ofPerformance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.

• Experience withAgile/Scrum delivery models.

• Exposure toApp Engine Studio and custom scoped applications.

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• ITSM / ITOM / IntegrationHub Micro-Certifications
