Strong expertise in:
• ServiceNow Flow Designer
• Workflow and Process Automation
• Service Catalog Development
• Request Fulfillment Processes
• Playbook Development
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies
• Experience working on complex enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enterprise business workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform scripting.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, design solutions, and execute development tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with Technology Enablement, Continuous Improvement, or Digital Transformation programs.
