ServiceNow Developer

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities based on approved technical designs.
• Support the migration of infrastructure and asset data from FNT to Sunbird, including extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, and validation.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, Sunbird, FNT, and related enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, scripted integrations, and data exchange workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow CMDB, tables, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows as required.
• Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer flows, and other platform components.
• Implement data imports, transform maps, scheduled jobs, and reconciliation processes.
• Support integration with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and related modules as required by the solution.
• Assist with Sunbird implementation activities involving data center assets, racks, equipment, connectivity, and infrastructure relationships, where applicable.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
• Support deployment, cutover, post-implementation validation, and production stabilization.

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and platform development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development components, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM; ITOM experience is preferred where relevant to the implementation.
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow data imports, transform maps, data migration, and data validation.
• Experience with enterprise application integration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with FNT and Sunbird platforms, especially infrastructure inventory, asset data, and DCIM-related workflows.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into reliable, maintainable implementations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Prior hands-on experience with FNT-to-Sunbird migration or a similar DCIM platform migration.
• Experience with Sunbird DCIM implementation, configuration, and integrations.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, rack layouts, equipment inventory, connectivity, and capacity management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, and CMDB data reconciliation.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or relevant CIS certifications.
• Experience working in enterprise implementation projects with defined scope, deliverables, and milestones.

• ServiceNow configurations, scripts, and application components.
• Data migration scripts, mappings, and transformation logic.
• ServiceNow-to-Sunbird and related system integrations.
• Unit and integration test results and defect fixes.
• Technical documentation and deployment artifacts.
