Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration).
- Implement and maintain CMDB structures, relationships, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Customize workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to optimize IT operations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and monitoring tools.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new ITOM/CMDB features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB development.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
- Exposure to Integration Hub and MID Server.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud management and automation tools.
