ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow CSM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Provide hands-on development and configuration expertise in ServiceNow CSM.
• Design and configure CSM applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team.
• Manage CSM configurations, customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Ensure best practices are followed across development and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Review technical solutions and ensure quality and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience leading ServiceNow projects or development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
