Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Implement and maintain CMDB structures, relationships, and data integrity.
- Design and optimize workflows using Flow Designer.
- Write and maintain scripts, business rules, and automation logic.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript, Glide scripting).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
- Exposure to IntegrationHub and MID Server.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud management and automation tools.
