About The Job:

- We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead / Program Manager to lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise technology delivery programs.
- The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in program and delivery management, ServiceNow transformation, PMO governance, stakeholder management, portfolio management, vendor management, and operational excellence.
- The role requires the ability to manage complex enterprise programs involving multiple ServiceNow modules, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementation, transformation, upgrade, migration, and platform modernization programs.
- Own end-to-end program and delivery management, including planning, execution, governance, dependencies, milestones, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Establish and drive strong PMO governance, including RAID management, delivery tracking, status reporting, escalation management, and executive governance forums.
- Manage senior business and technology stakeholders and conduct steering committee and executive-level reviews.
- Drive ServiceNow programs across modules such as:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- CMDB
- Discovery & Service Mapping
- ITAM / SAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM
- SecOps / GRC
- Workplace Service Delivery
- Lead CMDB and ITOM transformation initiatives covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps, operational visibility, and related capabilities.
- Establish delivery frameworks, standards, and governance practices to improve platform scalability, consistency and service delivery effectiveness.
- Manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, delivery partners, and vendors across complex enterprise environments.
- Drive business process transformation and continuous improvement, identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks.
- Ensure effective resource planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and delivery predictability.
- Work closely with business and technology leadership to develop transformation roadmaps and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Provide leadership around ServiceNow-led digital transformation and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities where applicable, including areas such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and AI-driven automation.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills
- PMP Certification: Mandatory
- 15+ years of overall IT / technology delivery experience preferred.
- Significant experience in Program Management / Delivery Management.
- Strong experience managing ServiceNow transformation or implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and CMDB.
- Proven experience in PMO governance, RAID management, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
- Strong stakeholder and senior leadership management capabilities.
- Experience managing large, multi-team / multi-vendor enterprise programs.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, dependency management, and escalation management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, SAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, GRC and Workplace Service Delivery.
- ServiceNow CoE setup / governance experience.
- Experience with Digital Transformation / Business Process Transformation programs.
- Exposure to AIOps, GenAI, Now Assist, intelligent automation, or Agentic AI initiatives.
- Experience working across Telecom, ICT, IT Infrastructure, Network Operations, Shared Services, or Enterprise Service Management environments.
