• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Participate in and conductAgile/Scrum ceremonies

• Collaborate withstakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding ofServiceNow CPQ

• Good knowledge ofCRM and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle

• Experience inrequirement gathering and documentation

• Strongclient communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working inAgile environments
