About The Job:
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities -
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Configure and support Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development (CWL).
- Implement portfolio planning and project governance solutions.
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions for portfolio and project tracking.
- Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules and external applications.
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Improve CMDB health and data governance processes.
- Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure discovery.
- Troubleshoot ITOM-related issues and optimize operational processes.
IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve service delivery.
- Develop custom workflows and approvals aligned with business processes.
- Support service management reporting and KPI tracking.
Note – The resource must possess ServiceNow technical certifications, includingCSA, CAD (Mandatory) and SPM/ITOM optional.
