Servicenow & Automation Tester

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, HR, Requests, Service Catalog, and related modules.
• Experience testing workflows, approvals, notifications, integrations, portals, and role-based access.
• Strong experience with Playwright for UI test automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience creating maintainable automation frameworks and reusable test components.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.
• Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools and source-control systems such as Git.
• Practical experience using Al-assisted tools, preferably Windsurf and Devin, in software development or testing activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
