We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Test Professional with strong hands-on experience inServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). The candidate will be responsible for testing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, workflows, and GRC-related modules.

<.>Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience withServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Strong experience in ServiceNow testing and QA
Experience with ServiceNow GRC/Risk and Compliance modules, including:
- Control Testing
- Emerging Risk
- Enterprise Risk Identification
- Incident Management
- Issues Management
- Operational Risk Events / Loss Events
- Policy Management
- Risk Acceptance / Risk Treatment
- Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Risk Appetite Metrics (RAMS)
- PRC
- GRCM / Compliance Tooling
- Compliance Testing

Good understanding of theServiceNow ATF framework and testing processes
Basic domain and technical knowledge
Experience with software analysis and design
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills

<.>Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated test cases usingServiceNow ATF.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Test ServiceNow GRC, Risk, Compliance, and related modules.
Analyze requirements and create appropriate test scenarios and test cases.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Validate workflows, configurations, business rules, and integrations.
Support regression testing for ServiceNow enhancements and releases.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to resolve testing issues.
Analyze test results and provide clear status and defect reports.
Ensure applications meet quality, functionality, and business requirements.

<.>Required Experience

7–10 years of overall IT/testing experience.
Strong hands-on experience withServiceNow ATF.
Experience testing ServiceNow GRC/Risk/Compliance functionality.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
