Overview

TheServiceNow ITOM Architect will design, architect, and deliver scalableITOM solutions on theServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and leadend-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules includingDiscovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB

• DefineITOM architecture, CMDB governance, and data models

• Design and developcustom ServiceNow applications usingScoped Applications, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and IntegrationHub

• Lead integrations with external systems usingREST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and monitoring tools

• Ensureplatform scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance

• Providetechnical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development teams

• Translatebusiness and operational requirements into technical solutions

• Supportpresales activities includingsolution design, estimations, and technical workshops

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with strongServiceNow expertise

• Hands-on experience inServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)

• StrongJavaScript scripting skills (Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts)

• Experience withIntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and enterprise integrations

• Solid understanding ofIT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools
