Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow APM + SAM + ITBM Developer with strong hands-on experience inApplication Portfolio Management (APM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) modules.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across APM, SAM, and ITBM. The role requires strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, business processes, data models, workflows, integrations, and custom development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNowAPM, SAM, and ITBM applications.

• Implement and supportApplication Portfolio Management (APM) processes.

• Configure application portfolios, business applications, application services, technology models, and lifecycle management.

• Work onApplication Rationalization, application scoring, technical/business capability mapping, and portfolio analysis.

• Configure and maintainSoftware Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro) solutions.

• Manage software models, software entitlements, licenses, publishers, contracts, compliance, and optimization.

• Work withSoftware Asset Workspace, license position, reconciliation, and software normalization.

• Implement and maintainITBM capabilities includingDemand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Financial Management.

• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer and other platform components.

• Develop integrations with third-party systems usingREST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, etc.

• Work withCMDB and Discovery teams to ensure accurate application, software, and infrastructure data.

• Configure dashboards, reports, indicators, and performance analytics related to APM/SAM/ITBM.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and technical solutions.

• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and release activities.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, platform teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience specifically inAPM + SAM + ITBM.

• Should be able to independently handle configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.

• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations is preferred.
