About the Role
The Service Training Instructor II is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality training programs for dealers, customers, and employees, with a primary focus on a designated product line. This role collaborates closely with Service, Engineering, Product Management, and other subject matter experts to create and deliver engaging learning solutions across a variety of instructional formats, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), webinars, web-based training (WBT/eLearning), short-form instructional videos, and job aids. Training content is centered on technical service procedures and product applications to support product knowledge, service excellence, and operational effectiveness. In addition, the Service Training Instructor II leverages technical expertise and industry experience to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide recommendations that enhance departmental processes and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines:
- Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training programs to positively impact dealers, customers, and company personnel. Engage with or direct suppliers as needed to accomplish development and delivery.
- Collaborate with Instructional Design personnel to effectively perform Analysis and Design activities for training programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify potential training programs, helping prioritize these opportunities working with Kubota University leaders.
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts, including service, engineering, and product specialists, to gain insights that can be used to create effective training programs.
- Participate in the evaluation and continual improvement of training programs, including curriculum maintenance and administrative tasks related to training development and delivery.
- Participate in the procurement, management, maintenance, and disposal of tools and equipment used in training programs.
- Research, recommend, and participate in professional development activities to continually grow instructional and technical capabilities.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma / GED with at least three years of experience with applied adult learning principles (ADDIE, etc.) and presenting instructor lead and virtual-based training programs, preferably in technical or service-related environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field preferred.Â
- Ability to learn, apply, and communicate technical product and service information to a variety of learner audiences.
- Presenting to and facilitating adult learners in sales, operational, and/or technical contexts.
- Safely and effectively operating Agricultural equipment, Construction equipment, Commercial and/or Turf maintenance equipment and/or Utility Vehicles.
- Experience using a corporate university and/or learning management system (LMS) preferred. Experience with eLearning development programs (Articulate, Captivate) preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Uses effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills; delivers information in a clear and concise manner, listens and communicates effectively with others.
