What You’ll Be Doing

This role directs, promotes and coordinates the service station in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.  Responsibilities involve supervision, marketing, profitability and sales, reporting, purchasing, resale pricing, inventory, service, maintenance and other duties assigned.

What We Need from You

• Leadership experience
• A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance
• A set of your tools for you to use!
• Valid driver’s license
• 1-2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
• Proven ability to do most auto-light truck repairs
• Must be able to provide your own tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds, ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, crouch and squat frequently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent  

Bonus Points if You Have

• Associate degree or technical certificate in related field desired
