Service Solutions Representative

Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for a Service Solutions Representative for their Clifton, NJ location.
 
Responsibilities:

• The position will be providing support to the Customer Solutions problem Resolution and Account Set Up teams.
• Business casual dress code
• Applicate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook email.
• Training will be conducted on Internal systems.
• The day to today activities will include interaction with various internal departments, working on special projects, data entry, and limited contact with customer
