Your Benefits

• secure job and permanent full- or part-time position (30+ hours/week)

• permanent employment contract in Thessaloniki with 14 months’ salary

• €1,350 gross per month for full-time positions + performance-based bonus and project-based sales commission

• an additional €6 net per workday on the Ticket Restaurant Card

Your Tasks

• on-site customer service via phone and email

• solution-oriented handling of inquiries and product advice, depending on the project

• high service quality and customer satisfaction through active listening, targeted follow-up questions, clear information and appropriate offers

• ompliance with security, data protection, and confidentiality requirements

  
  

Your Profile

• very good written and spoken German

• proficiency with computers and software applications

• ideally, some prior experience in customer service

• reliable and organized work style

• willingness to work shifts

• strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
