Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer service requests and follow up on job progress.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of service activities.
Prepare and maintain service-related documentation and records.
Monitor ongoing service activities and support daily operational requirements.
Assist in customer communication and provide administrative support to the service team
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
