Service NOW ITOM, CMDB

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years focused on ITOM, CMDB, and SACM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB 360 (multisource).
• Experience configuring and managing Service Graph Connectors.
• Strong understanding of CMDB CI class models, CI relationships, and CSDM.
• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAMPRO) or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Proficient in Transform Maps, Import Sets, and data normalization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript / Glide API.
• Experience leading a team of 2–4 developers and providing technical mentorship.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation using Confluence.
