Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, ITSM modules, scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and SLA.
• DevelopBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and workflows.
• Build and maintainFlow Designer automations.
• Develop and supportREST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Work withService Portal, CMDB, ACLs, Notifications, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in development, testing, deployment, and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of overall IT experience with strongServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience withJavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Strong knowledge ofITSM.
• Experience withBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Experience withREST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding ofACLs, Update Sets, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• ServiceNowCSA/CAD certification is an advantage.
