About The Client:
Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries. Essential Job Functions:
- Understand / Basic know-how of ITIL Process.
- Understand and Perform Client / Server level scripting.
- Able to demonstrate use cases of successful automation.
- Understand end to end knowhow of Service Now eBonding.
- Able to demonstrate use of Service Now Visualization and dashboard creation.
- Understand end to end Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management life cycles.
- Able to work with the larger program team to building catalogs, improve CMDB, UI Experience enhancements.
- Able to demonstrate use cases of any third-party API integration with Service Now.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing, investigating, and resolving technical issues in ServiceNow configurations
- Willingness to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand-holding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Possess a wide breadth of ServiceNow platform knowledge to effectively resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with business users to understand and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements
- Stay updated with the latest emerging technologies within the ServiceNow platform and implement enhancements to support business needs
- Assist with and conduct training for ServiceNow operations for business users
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with scripting and coding within ServiceNow
- Have a strong understanding of end-to-end ServiceNow platform versions and upgrades, including the latest releases such as Washington DC and Vancouver
- 4 to 15 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
