What You'll Earn

• $28.00-$31.00 per hour
• Up to 100% rent discount

What You'll Do

• Lead by example: Inspire and mentor a dedicated team built on trust and accountability.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Plan maintenance, manage repairs, and allocate resources proactively.
• Be the go-to person: Keep residents, your team, and other departments informed and happy.
• Run a tight ship: Oversee work orders, schedules, inventory, budgets, and records.
• Take pride in your work: Deliver professional, high-quality service every day.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of managerial experience at an apartment community
• Proven leadership in service or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• A passion for customer service
• Valid driver's license
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of the property
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred
