Die Möglichkeit 

Wir entwickeln, fertigen und optimieren in unseren Werken modernste Hochspannungssysteme. Unser Portfolio umfasst unter anderem AIS (Freiluftanlagen) und GCB (Generatorschalter im Kraftwerk) – Schlüsseltechnologien für eine sichere und zuverlässige Energieübertragung in Stromnetzen. 

In dieser Position arbeitest du direkt mit diesen Technologien, erhältst umfassende Schulungen und Zertifizierungen und wirst bei uns zu einem absoluten Experten auf diesem Gebiet. Gemeinsam gestalten wir deinen individuellen Karrierepfad, der zu deinen Stärken und Zielen passt. 

Wir wissen, dass unsere Field Service Engineers durch hohe Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und längere Einsätze vor Ort einen besonderen Beitrag leisten. Deshalb gewähren wir für anspruchsberechtigte Mitarbeitende zusätzlich eine attraktive Außendienstzulage in Höhe von 10 % des monatlichen Grundgehalts.

• Du entwickelst dich zu unserem Bauleiter und verantwortest die Wartung und Instandsetzung 
• Du bist unser wichtigster Ansprechpartner auf der Baustelle 
• Du führst Einweisungen bei Abnahmen durch und bringst dich aktiv ein 
• Du koordinierst interne und externe Partner und achtest auf Sicherheit 

Dein Hintergrund 

• Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische oder mechatronische Ausbildung 
• Interesse für den Hochspannungsbereich und Lust darauf unsere Technik kennenzulernen
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch 
• Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
