Job Description

F&A Transformation Leader – Accounts Payable Role Overview We are looking for an experienced F&A Transformation Leader with strong Accounts Payable/P2P and Finance Operations expertise to lead transformation, automation and future ready operating model initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end AP/P2P transformation, including process re-engineering, standardization, automation and operating model redesign. • Partner closely with Technology and Implementation teams to embed AI, GenAI and automation into Finance Operations. • Establish continuous feedback loops between Operations and Implementation/Product teams to enhance solutions and improve business outcomes. • Drive change management and adoption across teams, enabling rapid transition to new processes and ways of working. • Build and scale future-ready operating models, with a strong focus on transformation rather than BAU operations. • Drive improvements across productivity, quality, controls, cycle time, cost efficiency and value realization. • Partner with CFO/Finance, Business and Technology stakeholders to define and execute transformation roadmaps. • Lead large-scale transformation programs with strong governance, stakeholder management and measurable outcomes. Key Requirements • Strong experience in F&A Transformation with deep Accounts Payable/P2P expertise. • Proven experience managing/transformation of large-scale Finance Operations in a global environment. • Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics. • Experience in automation, AI/GenAI, process transformation and technology-led implementation. • Strong executive stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to build future-ready operating models and deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
