Service Coordinator
Pay Rate $30.00/hour to $37.14/hour
Duration One Year
Hours 6:30am to 3:30pm
Location San Diego, CA - 5 days a week onsite for initial training. After that period, it will be 4 days a week onsite with Fridays remote

8+ Years of Experience. Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, dispatching, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences. May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required.

Day to Day:
The Service Coordinator plays an important administrative and customer support role within Service Planning. Responsibilities include answering customer calls, coordinating and scheduling appointments, managing and updating spreadsheets, working with outside contractors to schedule work, tracking follow-up items, and providing day-to-day support to Service Planners to help keep projects and customer requests moving efficiently.
