The Service Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in the success and optimization of Tesla's expanding portfolio of residential and home charging projects. This position serves as the main point of contact for service-related projects responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing after-sales projects. This includes risk management, regulatory-driven initiatives, customer excellence initiatives, and other time-sensitive projects across the APAC region. The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills to drive project success and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. A high amount of cross functional collaboration will be required, working closely with Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, Policy, Supply Chain/Logistics and the Leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the planning, rollout, and closure of residential-scale service campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and full regulatory compliance.
- Crisis & Risk Management: Identify potential risks (operational, reputational, compliance) and develop mitigation plans. Escalate critical issues promptly to leadership.
- Regulatory Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure all reporting, timelines, metrics, and documentation meet legal and compliance requirements.
- Channel Partner Management: Support internal and external teams, work directly with channel partners to ensure proper implementation of campaign requirements, including training, parts availability, labor planning, and performance tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Engineering, Field Operations, Legal, and HQ teams to resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum across parallel initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., completion rate, turnaround time, compliance adherence), generate regional dashboards, and provide regular updates to leadership and central PMO.
- Process Improvement: Standardize campaign management practices across all regions, build scalable tools and templates, and contribute to long-term operational readiness for future campaigns.
- Customer Excellence: Drive service efficiency, energy product fleet health, improve uptime & availability, minimize cost to service, and improve service quality.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in campaign/project management, operations management, or regulatory compliance roles (ideally in energy and renewable market or similar regulated industry)
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in one or more additional European languages is a plus
- Proven track record managing large-scale, high-risk, cross-functional programs involving regulatory stakeholders
- Strong experience working with supply chain, logistics, and international partners/distributors
- Deep understanding of regulatory reporting, metrics, and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) at all levels, including executive and regulatory audiences
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Proficiency in service agreements, legal contracts, negotiations, and financial metrics analysis
