Tucson Subaru, a well-known dealership located on N Oracle Rd., has an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. We are seeking aService BDC Representative for immediate hire. Our dealership is consistently one of the top-performing Subaru dealerships in the nation!

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our service customers, helping schedule appointments, answer service-related questions, provide updates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a passion for helping customers.

Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries related to vehicle service and maintenance

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments

• Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and declined services

• Communicate service updates and assist customers with service-related questions

• Perform outbound customer retention calls and appointment reminders

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in dealership systems

• Support service advisors and the service department to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Assist with customer satisfaction follow-up and service campaigns

Qualifications

Service Receptionist/BDC RepresentativeQualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
