What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary connection between our customers and service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs
• Guide customers through the service and repair process
• Present maintenance recommendations and repair solutions professionally
• Provide service estimates, timelines, and repair updates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repair completion
• Communicate additional service recommendations when needed
• Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery
• Develop long-term customer relationships through trust and outstanding service
• Help achieve department goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

• Previous customer service experience
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide customers throughout the service process
• Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Automotive service or sales experience
• CRM software experience
• Experience working in a high-volume customer-facing environment
