Now Hiring: Service Admin/Appointment Coordinator

• Pay:$17 +Dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
• Schedule:The hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays off.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound service calls and emails.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer and vehicle records in the CRM.
• Support the Service Manager, Advisors, and technicians with administrative tasks.
• Process service paperwork, invoices, and reports.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Accounting departments.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ months of automotive dealership experience required; Automotive Service BDC experience preferred.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven follow-up and appointment-setting abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environmen.

The (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17 +) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
