10+ years of ServiceNow platform expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, GRC, HRSD, CSM, and integrations. Strong background in enabling large-scale ServiceNow transformations, enterprise architecture, governance, and performance optimization. Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB and HRSD implementations Define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Provide technical leadership and governance across ServiceNow projects Drive best practices, platform optimization, and performance improvements Mentor development teams and review code/design artifacts Experience with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
