Door Attendant

Atthe Inn at SentryWorld,we focus on the guest experience. As the Door Attendant,you’ll be the first person our guests meet. With a welcoming demeanor,you’llwelcome andescort our guests and help transport their luggage to and from their accommodations.   

What You'll Do 

• Greet and open doors for guests upon their arrivalto The Inn at SentryWorld. 

• Transportguest’s luggage toand fromtheir vehicles, rooms, andbell attendant station upon arrival/departure.  

• Promote SentryWorld amenities to help ensure a positive guest experience. 

• Maintains working knowledge of Sentry Services facilities and hours of operation, as well as local information to respond to guestquestions 

What it Takes 

• Age requirement of 18+required 

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience 

• Ability to provide excellent customer serviceandmaintaina professional demeanor at all times 

• Strong communication skills  

• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail 

• Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads 

• Ability tolift up to 50 pounds as needed  

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
