JOB SUMMARY

Design, build, support, and continuously improve integrations connecting Workday with internal and external enterprise platforms. The Senior Workday Integration Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Technology teams to translate requirements into reliable and scalable technical solutions while contributing to architecture standards and integration best practices. The role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale Workday architecture and a path toward architecture, engineering, or technical leadership.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Gather and clarify integration requirements with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Technology stakeholders.

·   Design, build, test, deploy, document, and support Workday integrations.

·   Enhance existing integrations for reliability, scalability, maintainability, and performance.

·   Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive durable corrective actions.

·   Participate in architecture discussions, solution-design reviews, and integration standards development.

·   Evaluate new Workday functionality and identify opportunities to improve the integration landscape.

·   Provide clear technical documentation, operational guidance, and knowledge transfer to business and technology teams.

·   Work across Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, middleware, Azure integration services, and enterprise integration frameworks as applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:Bachelor's Degree preferred.

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.

EXPERIENCE

·   Demonstrated experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.

·   Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, or related integration technologies.

·   Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·   Preferred: Payroll or Benefits integration experience and experience supporting large enterprise organizations.

·   Preferred: exposure to Azure, Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable middleware platforms.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

·   Workday integration design, development, testing and support

·   Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors

·   REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration concepts

·   Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

·   Integration documentation and support practices

·   Requirements analysis and stakeholder communication

·   Scalability, reliability and performance improvement

·   Azure, Boomi or MuleSoft exposure preferred

·   Curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

·   Workday Integration Certification preferred

·   Workday Studio certification or equivalent training is a plus
